| About payment: | |
| If you only want to get informatiom, or just want us to planning a trip for you, please paying (send it into our bank account) Chinese RMB.Yuan 1000Y or the same amount in EURO / US dollar, then you will get all you need, and this money will put into the cost if in case you booking our Eco-tours in China. | |
| If you already decided to booking our Eco-tours, please paying 50% of the amount of your trip's cost, rest of the payment will pay by cash / or credit card when your group arrive, or you could also paying all in advance ahead of one month. | |
| About trip cancel: please notices that, if by any reason you want to cancel the trip you have been booked, the Eco-tours will return back to you 90 percent by total cost, and will charge you 10 percent as our work costing. | |

Eco-tourChina can booking China domestic flight for you from any where. Just need to tell us about your date, how many tickets, which airline you want to book for, better let us know 1 month time. But if you don't got that much time, can also let us buy your E-tickets the day before your flight depart.
Will need: your full name, passport number.
About the payment and serve charge:
If you in outside of China, have to make bank transfer to send the money by Euro, US dollar, or other currency into our bank account. The bank will always take 25~30 US dollar as serve charge for each time of money transfer, so you will have to add those money on the total cost of the ticket.
If you stay in China, can just make the bank transfer by Chinese RMB Yuan.
And for each ticket we will charge 6~10 dollar as serve charge.
International flights booking
We could make international flights booking, from any country into and leave to China. The booking rules is the same.
And for each ticket we will charge 60 dollar as serve charge.

China domestic train ticket booking
For book train tickets, we only need the date, city and time of depart, the train number, how many people
Will need: your full name, passport number.
For book the train will have to make it 15 days before your depart.
payment and serve charge is the same.
please notice that:
For book train tickets from anywhere China to Tibet, will need first arrange Tibetan travel permit, when got the date of depart by permit, then make the train tickets booking, and the train tickets booking serve charge is 400 Yuan for each ticket.

China domestic hotel reservation
Eco-tourChina can make hotel reservation through whole China.
For reserve hotel room will need.
your full name, passport number, date, gender, how many people with adult or children, credit card number.
will have to send 10 percent of the hotel room cost as deposit into our bank account.
payment and serve charge is the same.

We are looking for ladies and gentleman or schools and communities to help and assist minority schools and school children in southwest China. Money contributions are welcomeed.
