On this trip, you will crossing China in 25 days, and visit many of the China's most famouse places like:
Beijing-Taiyuan-Pingyao ancient town-Xi'an
-Chengdu-Leshan-Lijiang-Dali-Kunming-Guilin
-Yangshuo-Guangzhou-Hongkong.
You can start the journey by Beijing or Hongkong.
Day1, Beijing (Trasport: car or tourisam bus)
A Buena Vista Club tour guide will meet you at the Beijing airport where you will transfer to your hotel. We will arrange a welcome dinner at a typical Chinese restaurant in the central area of Beijing, and your guide will give you a brief introduction of your trip.
Day2, Beijing (Trasport: car or tourisam bus)
In the morning you will visit the Forbidden city and then walk up to Jingshan park to get a full view of the Forbidden city. After lunch you willl visit the Temple of heaven, followed by dinner at a restaurant inside Hutong (the alleys of old Beijing).
Day3, Beijing (Trasport: car or tourisam bus)
You will have the opportunity to walk along the Simatai great wall following by a drive back to your hotel in Beijing.
Day4, Beijing-Xi'an by train (Trasport: flight,car or tourisam bus)
The morning left open, and we will take afternoon train (soft sleeper) to Xi'an,the train will arrive in the morning of the next day.
Day5, Xi'an (Trasport: car or tourisam bus)
After checking into the hotel, you will have a free afternoon where you can have a walk around in this old and historical city. We will have dinner all together in the everning.
Day6, Xi'an-Chengdu (Trasport: flight,car or tourisam bus)
Day 6 is spent visiting the Army of Terracotta Warriors and Huaqingchi Palace. Afterwards, you will go back to Xi'an and take the everning train to Chengdu, arriving the following morning and check into your hotel.
Day7, Chengdu (Trasport: car or tourisam bus)
We will drive to visit Dujiangyan (the ancient water system from Tang dynasty)and then drive back to Chengdu,everning left open.
Day8, Chengdu-Lijiang (Trasport: flight,car or tourisam bus)
Morning will going to see the Panda at Chengdu panda center. Evening time we will take a flight from Chengdu to Lijiang, and then take a car or tourisam bus to old town of Lijiang, chickin your hotel.
Day9, Lijiang (Trasport: car or tourisam bus)
A day free.
Day10, Lijiang (Trasport: bike,car or tourisam bus)
This day trip we will do a cycling from Lijiang to Baisha Naxi people's village, and have lunch at the village. After that walk through the ancient alley along the streamlet, and or just seat on a bridge to watch the old Naxi lady wash their clothing, the everning you will go to Dongba palace to watch the ancient Chinese orchestra.
Day11, Baisha / Wenhai / Lijiang (Trasport: car or tourisam bus)
Today we will left open for you. You colud hike up to Wenhai lake which is just nearby Baisha; also you could take a car go to the Jade dragon snow mountain(they will charge 400Y for go up to the 4506m high glacier by cable car,cost excludes).
Day12, Lijiang-Tiger leaping gorge (Trasport: car or tourisam bus)
7:30am,driver by Qiaotou to Tiger leaping gorge by Car,(2huors and half).A beautiful driving road along the Yangtze river,and we will have an early lunch at the middle gorge,after lunch start trekking to half way pass by the waterfall,and will take a short tea break at half way,then walk down to the main road and take our trasport back to Lijiang.
Day13, Lijiang-Shaxi-Dali (Trasport: car or tourisam bus)
Today we will go to Dali drive by the old road, and on the way going to visit Shaxi. Shaxi was a very important twon by the Ancient Tea-horse trade trail,at this village you still can find some of the Tea-horse trading business men's sanctum.And after that we will drive to old town Dali and checkin a hotel there,The old town of Dali which was the Nazhao Kingdom by 1000 years ago.
Day14, Dali (Trasport:Boat, bike,car or tourisam bus)
We will take a bike riding to some Bai people's village,then take a boat tour on the Erhai lake,and have lunch at Jinsuo Island,after that go for a walk through the fishing village on the Island,then take boat back to Dali.
Day15, Dali (Trasport: car or tourisam bus)
After breakfast drive to Xizhou,an other old Bai people's town,visit some Bai poeple's family with old building.after lunch going to Zhoucheng town to viste some Bai poeple's Dye works,and then going back to Dali.
Day16, Dali-Kunming (Trasport: cable car, train, car or tourisam bus)
In this morning you will going to take the cable car go up to Zhonghesi temple which is on 3000m above the sea on Cangshang mountain,from there you colud have the all view of Dali old town and the Erhai lake, we will have lunch there then going down to Dali,take an everning train with slft sleeper from the new city of Dali(Xiaguan) to Kunming.
Day17, Kunming-stony forest (Trasport: car or tourisam bus)
The train will arrive early morning in Kunming and you will transfer to your hotel have break.After we will drive to the Stoney forest,frist have lunch then go to visit the Stoney forest,afternoon go back to Kunming.The everning left open.
Day18, Kunming-Guilin-Yangshuo (Trasport: flight, car or tourisam bus)
Today you will fly to Guilin and trasfer to Yangshuo by car or toursiam bus,checkin your hotel there.
Day19, Yangshuo (Trasport: car or tourisam bus)
Today we will left open for you to enjoy the pulchritude landscape and have relax.
Day20, Yangshuo (Trasport: bike,car or tourisam bus)
After breakfast we will make a bike riding (and or take a Car or toursiam bus) to Moon hill,and trekking up to the top of the moon hill,great view of Yangshuo landscape,then going down and have lunch in the village,going back to Yangshuo,everning left open.
Day21, Yangshuo (Trasport: boat, bike,car or tourisam bus)
After breakfast take a bike riding to Fuli village,walk around the village and have lunch,cycling back to Yangshuo,then take a boat tour on the Li river and the everning will left open for you.
Day22, Yangshuo-Longji (rice terraces)
Today we will drive to Longji to see the rice terraces there. And we will stay one of the village (Ping'an or Jinkeng) for overnight.
Day23, Longji-Chengyang ( Dong people's village)
In the morning we will trek a few hours and then take a car drive to Chengyang village in sanjiang, and we will stay there for over night.
Day24, Chengyang (wind and rain bridge)
we will hike through this Dong village. And stay here for one more night.
Day25, Back to Guilin, fly to Guangzhou (Transport: flight, car or tourisam bus)
We will drive you to Guilin airport and you will fly to Guangzhou,then take train to Hongkong, and your trip in China is end.
