Minority Tours
This trip will start by Guilin. From
Yangshuo to Guilin, Longsheng rice terraces, Chengyang Dong minority
area, Zhaoxing the largest Dong village in China, Kaili, Guiyang
take flight to Kunming, Dali the Bai peoples' centre, Shaxi, Lijiang,
Baisha, Tiger leaping gorge, Zhongdian, Daocheng, Yahding the centre of
the Shangeri-la, Litang, Kamding,Chengdu, fly back home.
Day by day itinerary
Day1 Guiling,
Yangshuo, The Eco-tours.China's guide will meet you at
the Guiling airport where will transfer to your hotel in Yangshuo, the
rest of the day will left open for you to view the landscape by the Li
river.
Day2 Yangshuo,
Xingping, In the morning we will drive through the
countrysiide of Yangshuo, pass Fuli village to Xingping, and will stay
there for one night.
Day3 Xingping,
Yangshuo.Guiling.Longsheng.Ping'an, After breakfast we
will drive back to Yangshuo, and we will have lunch at Guilin, then
continue drive to Longji where the rice terraeces, and will stay at
Ping'an village for the night.
Day4 Ping'an,
Longsheng, Chengyang (Dong village), We will have a
hike around the village to see the rice terraeces, and after that will
drive to Chengyang pass by Longsheng town, and chickin the guest house
there.
Day5 Chengyang,
Zhaoxing (Dong village), By the morning we will walk
around this Dong village and then drive to Zhaoxing, the largest Dong
minority village.
Day6
Zhaoxing, today we will do a hike around
Zhaoxing
Day7 Zhaoxing, Liping,
Longli ancient town, After breakfast drive to Longli
ancient town,and chickin the hotel
Day8 Longli,
Liping, Rongjiang, In the morning we will walk
around this 600 years old town, then drive to Rongjiang.
Day9 Rongjiang,
Kaili, After breakfast drive to Kaili, chickin your
hotel.
Day10 Kaili, Guiyang, (flight) Kunming, We will drive to Matang town to visit
the Gejia people, after that drive back to Kaili, cartch the everning
train to Kunming.
Day11 Kunming, (take tourism bus
to) Dali, The train will arrival to Kunming about
11:00 am, and after lunch we will take a car or a tourism bus to Dali
(also could take flights to Dali)
Day12 Dali,
Visit the Bai villages around Dali
Day11 Dali,
Weishan, Drive to weishan
Day13 Weishan, Dali, Xizhou,
Shaxi, Drive back to Dali, then to Xizhou old town,
after that drive to Shaxi ancient town for the night.
Day14 Shaxi, Lijiang,
Baisha, Shaxi drive to Lijiang,Baisha.
Day15 Baisha, Lijiang,
Baisha, Around Baisha, and visit the old town of
Lijiang.
Day16 Lijiang, Tiger leaping
gorge, Zhongdian, After breakfast drive to Tiger
leaping gorge,have a hike by the gorge, then go to Zhongdian, chickin
hotel, visit Songtzam monostary.
Day17 Zhongdian,
Daocheng, Have a early breakfast then drive to
Daocheng(10-12 hours drive,with 4WD/Jeep)
Day18 Daocheng,
Yahding, Drive to Yahding(5 hours with
4WD/Jeep)
Day19 Yahding,
Trekking
Day20 Yahding,
Trekking
Day21 Yahding,
Daocheng.Litang, Drive back to Daocheng, then go to
Litang (8-10 hours drive, with 4WD/Jeep)
Day22 Litang,
Around the area
Day23 Litang,
Kamding, Drive to Kamding
Day24 Kamding,
Chengdu, Drive to Chengdu by Leshan, visit the great
buddha.
Day25 Chengdu,
morning go to visit the panda base, erveing take flight back home, Trip
end.
